MOMMY & ME
8 week session ~ September 7 - October 30, 2010

Description: For 2 year olds and their moms: exercise, creative movement, and play incorporate motor skills, stretching, imagination, emotions and music.
Attire: light pink leotard, tights, ballet shoes for toddlers, comfortable clothing for moms.

Pre-School Ballet classes offer a wonderful foundation for ballet using French terminology; includes stretching and coordination exercises, rhythm activities, proper posture and creative dance. Children learn about classical ballets through storybooks, music, videos and costuming. Each age group has a separate class syllabus.

Pre-School Singing & Acting classes teach pre-schoolers acting skills through theatre games as well as fundamentals of music & singing.

Pre-School Tap classes introduce pre-schoolers to tap fundamentals through rhythm drills, barre and centre work.

Levels: Classes are grouped by age with the youngest (age 3) in Pre-Ballet 1
4 year olds in Pre-Ballet 2 and Kindergartners (age 5) in Pre-Ballet 3
